Schubert Law Group PLLC (SchubertLG) is on the cutting edge of law firm organization. SchubertLG is small and focused solely on providing the best and quickest services for it's clients.

Jeffrey Schubert originally founded the firm Schubert & Associates in 2002 with a small group of patent prosecutors with experience in copyrights, trademarks, opinions, due dilligence, counseling, and litigation. Schubert & Associates quickly grew and expanded in specialty areas such as litigation by adding Erik Osterrieder's litigation practice in 2003. By 2004, Jim Nickelson joined the firm as our third partner to form Schubert Osterrider & Nickelson PLLC under the central management of Jeffrey Schubert.

After six years under a centralized management organization, we decided that we could offer better services to clients if each attorney could manage their own portion of our practice in their own way, allowing each attorney to focus their attention solely on their own clientele. Such an arrangement allows each attorney to adapt their practice and tailor their services for their clientele as sole-practitioners without the overhead and formailities involved with management of a larger firm. At the same time, we wanted to maintain the resources of a larger firm so we could provide the well-rounded, full service of a larger firm.

We successfully accomplished these goals when we founded an association of small firms in June 2010 with the attoneys of Schubert Osterrieder & Nickelson PLLC. SchubertLG is the firm of the founding parnter of Schubert Osterrieder & Nickelson PLLC, Jeffrey Schubert. Jeffrey Schubert still works with the prosecution team of Schubert Osterrieder & Nickelson PLLC to service larger clients. However, the new arrangement allows Mr. Schubert to focus more attention on his clientele rather than attending to the clientele of several attorneys.
